My washing machine died on Christmas Eve (Wednesday). I have used Washco for years so phoned them at lunchtime expecting to leave an ansaphone message to be on the list for after the New Year. I was amazed to be able to talk to Washco and was told they could fit a new one on Saturday 27th December. Thankyou Washco. Washing machine broke 8 days before Christmas. This would have been a disaster as we were looking after the grand children. Glen from Washco kindly came and looked at it. He patch it up and we order a new one from him. He fitted it yesterday and we are both please with it and very grateful for his quick turnround time. Excellent service at a fair price! Our dishwasher had sprung a leak and the Tumble Drier had stopped working some time ago. We contacted Glen at Washco who responded promptly with clear communication about the options and possible costs, turned up when he said he would and was courteous and efficient throughout the process.  He was able to repair the Dishwasher, pronounced the Tumble Drier as deceased but supplied and fitted a brand new replacement. Glen is super efficient, reliable, competent, and trustworthy. He came around to have a look at our faulty Beko dishwasher. It went wrong again about a week later, Glen came out again at no extra charge and at that point he said it was completely broken. He then fitted a refurbished Bosch model at a competitive price. Our dishwasher in new build been out of commission since Christmas. Finally got round to looking for a local repair service. Contacted Glen at Washco Appliance Repair before the weekend and boom - dishwasher fixed. Glen arrived as promised Monday morning. Before he came he gave an indication of what he thought it might be and associated cost. Can’t recommend enough - wish we’d contacted him 6 months ago - then again we did get very efficient with using less plates at dinner and washing everything by hand quickly!! Thanks again.
